ERPNEXT Technical Support [Egypt]


 

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ERPNEXT Technical Support Specialist to provide technical support to our clients and users. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ERPNEXT and its functionalities, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills. The ERPNEXT Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for resolving technical issues, answering user questions, and providing guidance on how to use ERPNEXT.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients and users of ERPNEXT.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ERPNEXT.
  • Answer user questions and provide guidance on how to use ERPNEXT.
  • Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Document and track technical support requests and resolutions.
  • Participate in the development and testing of new ERPNEXT features and functionalities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in providing technical support for ERPNEXT.
  • Deep understanding of ERPNEXT and its functionalities.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Python, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with Linux and MySQL is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: E£10,000.00 - E£15,000.00 per month
