Currently, we are on the lookout for aChatbot Moderator in Saudi Arabia that can perform at the top of their game to join us and contribute to our success.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the chatbot system and respond to user inquiries and feedback in a timely and courteous manner.
- Maintain a friendly and professional tone in all interactions with users, ensuring a positive user experience.
- Collaborate with development and customer support teams to identify and resolve technical issues with the chatbot system.
- Analyze user feedback and propose improvements to the chatbot's functionality and usability.
- Ensure the chatbot's responses are accurate, relevant, and up-to-date.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge-base of frequently asked questions and their corresponding responses.
- Provide training and support to other team members on the use of the chatbot system.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or technical support role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Technical expertise in chatbot systems and messaging platforms.
