ZOLL Itamar is looking for a Supply Chain Director who will-

  • Drive the overall Supply Chain strategy, including its processes and standards for efficient and lean supply chain, from material purchasing through production planning to customer deliveries

  • Lead negotiation and cost reduction activities as well as costing and cost control analysis

  • Manage effective procure to pay process aligned with medical and finance regulations requirements

  • Inventory management and planning processes for material and Inventory control

  • Lead Sales and Operations Planning process to ensure smooth flow and supply to meet customers demand and expectations

  • Manage efficient sales administration, logistic and order fulfillment activities

  • Warehouse management, from material receiving to on time shipments, through safe, effective, and lean distribution center

  • Taking active part in new product introduction processes and ECO’s implementation within supply chain

  • Lead improvements to streamline business processes, through information systems automation and integration, to achieve increased productivity and customer satisfaction

  • Generate routine management reports and KPI’s to monitor the supply chain activities and its objectives

  • Develop a professional team and drive quality and excellence culture in all supply chain elements

  • Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineering or similar relevant field with MSc or MBA preferred

  • Experience:

  • 15 years progressive experience in supply chain, logistics and materials management roles
  • Experience with medical device production environment preferably with high volume and distribution center
  • Experience with medical device quality requirements an External/Internal audit procedures
  • Hands-on expertise in developing and implementing programs for supply chain and logistics, inventory management and cost reduction
  • Advanced certification in Lean Six Sigma and experience with lean concepts and tools implementation
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP and Salesforce CRM is a plus
  • Customer focused with ability to build strong working relationships with customers and internal colleagues
  • Proven management and leadership skills in building and managing teams with the ability to coach and develop people
  • Exceptional attention to details, ability to multi-task and work under pressure with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Professional work ethic, team player, with strong Interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Highly organized, motivated, and independent person
  • Location- Caesarea, on- site.
