Job Description:
1. Prepare revenue charges based on tariff rate per cliet.
2. Issuance of Billing Invoice
3. Issuance of Job Costing Sheets details
4. Segregation of Invoice and Documents
5. Dispatch of Invoice Billing to Client
6. Verify freight rate and origin fee based on debit note
7. Encode and bill profit share based on debit note
8. Prepare break-bulk fee summary report and bill
9. Prepare credit note request and encode to KEF System
10 Fill up billing and costing sheet
11. Prepare quarterly report to be submitted to shipper's bureau
12. Cashiering and preparation of cash report
