Job Description: Sales Representative (Bilingual - English & Afrikaans) - Commission-Based Dealer/Reseller Position
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our software product and solution in the South African market. The ideal candidate should be bilingual, proficient in both English and Afrikaans, possess excellent communication skills, and have a background in sales with a strong passion for technology.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Leads and Deals: Independently sourcing and prospecting potential clients to generate leads and sales opportunities.
- Conducting outbound sales calls and emails to potential clients to further nurture leads and convert them into sales.
- Providing product information, conducting product demonstrations, and addressing client inquiries.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales.
- Identifying client needs and offering appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
- Negotiating and closing software sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.

Essential Requirements:
Bilingual: Proficiency in both English and Afrikaans, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Computer Literate: Strong knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and the ability to quickly learn new software tools.
Own Computer: Must have a personal computer with Windows 10 or above operating system for remote work.
Stable Internet: Reliable and high-speed internet connection for effective communication and remote work.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, persuasive communication, and the ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly.
Sales Experience (Bonus): Prior sales experience is advantageous, especially in the software or technology industry.
